This course includes our popular menu items, with a main dish of motsunabe (offal hotpot) made with wagyu beef offal and a base of broth from flying fish jaws from Yakushima.This great value course starts with lightly seasoned vinegared offal and includes grilled and fried dishes, a final dish and even dessert.

・Wagyu beef motsunabe (choice of salt or soy sauce flavor)

・Grilled Wagyu Beef Motsunabe (small) - Choice of sauce or salt flavor

・Yakushima-produced Agosamatsumaage (small)

・You can choose from the following final dishes (rice porridge, Japanese soba, Chinese soba, or risotto)
