Our main courses are offal hotpot made with Wagyu offal and made with Yakushima-produced flying fish chin stock, as well as cherry blossom yukhoe and horse sashimi made with horsemeat delivered directly from Kumamoto, and other popular menu items.It's a great value course that starts with light vinegar offal, then includes grilled and fried dishes, finishing dishes, and even dessert.
